Free UPS ground shipping is available for non-upgrade orders over $200 within the continental U.S.

Steinberg products sold at this site can only ship to a United States shipping address. For non-US orders please contact your local Steinberg distributor. We use UPS and USPS, and offer several shipping options for your convenience.

We operate from 9-5 Pacific time, Monday through Friday. The shipping cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2pm, Pacific time. Orders received after this time will generally ship the following business day. Some orders may require 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipping, depending on stock and availability. Returns

All software sales are final, and any merchandise that can be duplicated may be returned solely at our discretion.

Software can only be returned when authorized by Steinberg Technical Support (714) 228-3301, or in the case that there was a shipping error or some other extenuating circumstance, which we will handle on a case-by-case basis.

You must contact us before returning anything. If your return is authorized we will issue you a Return Authorization number to include with your return on the outside of the box. Your Return Authorization number is valid for 30 days from the time it is issued. Merchandise received without an RA# on the outside of the package, or with an expired RA# (after 30 days from the time it is issued) will be refused and returned to sender. The amount refunded depends on the nature of the return and is at our discretion and we do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, also at our discretion. Please note: if you received Free UPS ground shipping, the real cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount.
